In the event that your received item is fault during the delivery process, and you wish to arrange for return, Please drop us an email and be sure that you have included with the below information and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
1) The photo of the defect item.
2) Your order ID.
3) Your Registered Email Address in Colourfullshopshop
4) Item Name & URL
Kindly note that:
1) Return without communicating with us in advance is not accepted.
2) You are required to send in return request within 3 days of the delivery of your items (According to the "DELIVERED" tracking status by courier partner)
3) We do not accept any kind of return request which is not related to fault cause by delivery (e.g. Changing of size/colour/design)
Shall there is any refund applicable, you will need to provide us the following information
1) Maybank Account Number
2) Account Holder Name
3) NRIC number may be requested for verification purpose if required.
Refund will be processed within 3 working days after we receive your Return.
